Can I work from anywhere?

We offer remote opportunities to Customer Service Professionals across the U.S. However, we are not accepting contracts from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.

Can I use my cellphone or wireless data to work?

Cell phones are not permitted. All remote agents would be using either a landline phone service or VOIP depending on the client program. Wireless internet is not permitted on the Arise platform. All agents must be hardwired to their internet modem and have either a laptop or desktop computer.

How do you have to be in order to apply?

You must be at least 18 years of age

I need to purchase equipment.

We have partnered up with Work At Home Equipment Solutions . Here you can purchase compatible equipment, headsets, monitors and more.  They offer flexible payment plans. WAHES is not apart of the Remote Staffing Connections team. Please do not email them in regards to job opportunities.

Is there a background check?

yes, you must be able to pass a background check.

Do you offer full-time or part-time opportunities?

We hire Independent Contractors only. All of our positions are contract work. Remote agents choose their own hours and can choose the number of hours they work each week. Each agent is required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

What do I need to start working?

In order to be able to train and start working you will need a PC computer, not a Chrome Book or MAC. A usb noise canceling headset that plugs into your computer and hardwire home internet service.
